Once our warehouse team has processed your return, you will receive a Notification of Cancellation via email.
If you haven't received this confirmation email within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number. Our team will be happy to look into it for you!

Why is an item missing from my order?

Check your delivery confirmation email. If an item was out of stock, it will be marked as "cancelled" and you will not be charged for it.
Still Missing? If the item wasn't cancelled, please contact us with your order number and the name of the missing item so we can investigate immediately.
