Refunds are automatically processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Payments made via UPI typically support faster processing times. We will refund your standard delivery fee if the entire order is returned.

Once our warehouse team has processed your return, you will receive a Notification of Cancellation via email. If you haven't received this confirmation email within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number. Our team will be happy to look into it for you!

Check your delivery confirmation email. If an item was out of stock, it will be marked as "cancelled" and you will not be charged for it. Still Missing? If the item wasn't cancelled, please contact us with your order number and the name of the missing item so we can investigate immediately.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund. Your money will be sent back to your original payment method.
