  • Customised products require additional production time (15–20 days, depending on requirements and quantity).

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Free shipping within Kerala; outside Kerala, shipping charges apply as indicated on the site or at order placement.

    • Express shipping incurs additional charges and is not covered by free shipping.

    • Shipping during public holidays is not guaranteed.

  • Customer Responsibilities:

    • Provide accurate shipping details, including name, address, postal code, landmarks, and contact numbers.

    • Harmondays is not responsible for loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, or errors by shipping providers.

    • If unavailable at delivery, customers may arrange re-delivery or collect from the courier’s office.

    • Harmondays is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customer unavailability.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items in original condition with tags, within a specified period (e.g., 7–10 days from delivery).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items are generally non-returnable.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Return Methods: Returns can be made by mail or scheduled pick-up.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items, typically within 5–7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Partial Returns: Refunds for promotional purchases are adjusted accordingly.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are offered for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch.

  • Refunds: If already dispatched, refuse delivery and request a refund.

Additional Notes

  • Vouchers: Used vouchers will be cancelled and their value deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping on returns applies if your order originally qualified.
